La mayoría de las organizaciones que usan IA no tienen un problema de tecnología. Tienen un problema de diagnóstico: no saben en qué etapa de madurez están, ni qué priorizar primero. MDMA (Matriz Diagnóstica de Madurez Algorítmica) es el instrumento que responde eso. El diagnóstico no es un checklist binario. Cada dimensión se evalúa en el nivel real de la organización — es común encontrar organizaciones “Consolidado” en documentación y “Incipiente” en supervisión humana efectiva, por ejemplo. El valor está en identificar el gap específico, no en un puntaje agregado.
The diagnostic is not a binary checklist. Each dimension is assessed at the organization's actual level — it's common to find organizations at “Consolidated” in documentation and “Incipient” in effective human oversight, for example. The value is in identifying the specific gap, not in an aggregate score.

MDMA no mide si tu organización “tiene IA responsable” como etiqueta. Mide si, hoy, podés reconstruir y explicar cada decisión relevante que un sistema tomó. Esa es la pregunta que un regulador, un cliente o un auditor va a hacer tarde o temprano.
MDMA does not measure whether your organization “has responsible AI” as a label. It measures whether, today, you could reconstruct and explain each relevant decision a system made. That is the question a regulator, a client, or an auditor will ask sooner or later.
