Una organización puede alcanzar Nivel 3 en las ocho dimensiones de MDMA — controles documentados, trazabilidad completa, política operativizada — y aun así fallar en el momento en que importa, si quien tiene que sostener esos controles bajo presión no tiene el criterio para hacerlo. El control más sofisticado no se ejecuta solo. Lo ejecuta una persona, en un momento de ambigüedad, sin tiempo para consultar el manual.
An organization can reach Level 3 across all eight MDMA dimensions — documented controls, full traceability, an operationalized policy — and still fail at the moment it matters, if the person who has to uphold those controls under pressure lacks the judgment to do it. The most sophisticated control doesn't execute itself. A person executes it, in a moment of ambiguity, with no time to consult the manual.
Lo inverso también es cierto: un líder con autoridad sólida y criterio claro, operando sobre una organización sin controles verificables, sostiene el criterio pero no puede probarlo ante nadie. Buen juicio sin sistema que lo respalde no escala, y no resiste una auditoría.
The reverse is also true: a leader with solid authority and clear judgment, operating within an organization that lacks verifiable controls, can sustain good judgment but can't prove it to anyone. Good judgment without a system behind it doesn't scale, and doesn't survive an audit.

El caso más común, en la práctica, es "Alto / Bajo": organizaciones que invirtieron en documentar controles porque un regulador o un cliente se lo exigió, pero que nunca trabajaron la capa humana que tiene que operarlos. Ese es exactamente el gap que una lectura solo de MDMA no detecta.
The most common case in practice is "High / Low": organizations that invested in documenting controls because a regulator or client demanded it, but that never worked on the human layer that has to operate them. That's precisely the gap a MDMA-only reading misses.

No es sumar dos números. Es cruzar dos lecturas independientes para encontrar el punto exacto donde el sistema y la persona que lo conduce dejan de estar alineados. Ese punto de quiebre —no el puntaje total de ninguno de los dos— es el hallazgo con mayor valor accionable de un diagnóstico combinado.
It's not adding two numbers together. It's cross-referencing two independent readings to find the exact point where the system and the person running it stop being aligned. That breaking point — not either instrument's total score — is the most actionable finding of a combined diagnosis.
