Antes de hacer el test de MDMA o el de IMCA, conviene ser claro sobre qué es esto y qué no es. No es el diagnóstico. Es el paso anterior: el momento en que alguien empieza a hacerse las preguntas correctas, en vez de asumir que ya las tiene respondidas.Before taking the MDMA or IMCA test, it's worth being clear about what this is and what it isn't. MDMA pregunta si tu organización puede probar, con evidencia, cómo usa la IA — no si la usa bien o mal en abstracto, sino si puede mostrarlo ante quien se lo pida.
MDMA asks whether your organization can prove, with evidence, how it uses AI — not whether it uses it well or poorly in the abstract, but whether it can show that use to anyone who asks.
IMCA pregunta si quien lidera esa organización tiene el criterio propio para sostener ese uso bajo presión, no solo la buena intención de que salga bien.
IMCA asks whether the person leading that organization has the judgment to sustain that use under pressure — not just the good intention that it'll turn out fine.
Por qué esto no es el diagnósticoWhy This Isn't the Diagnosis
Un test de ocho o cinco preguntas autoadministrado da una señal, no una medición. La diferencia no es de grado — es de naturaleza. El diagnóstico profesional se apoya en evidencia verificada por un tercero: expedientes reales, casos concretos relatados y contrastados, un criterio de evaluación conservador que no toma la autopercepción como dato final. Un test online no puede hacer eso, y no pretende hacerlo.
A self-administered eight- or five-question test gives a signal, not a measurement. The difference isn't one of degree — it's one of kind. A professional diagnosis rests on evidence verified by a third party: real case files, concrete cases told and cross-checked, a conservative evaluation criterion that doesn't take self-perception as the final word. An online test can't do that, and isn't meant to.
Lo que sí puede hacer es algo igual de valioso en otro sentido: mostrarte, en dos minutos, si estás en un punto donde vale la pena profundizar — y en qué dimensión probablemente conviene empezar a mirar primero.
What it can do is something just as valuable, in a different way: show you, in two minutes, whether you're at a point where it's worth digging deeper — and which dimension is probably the right place to start looking.
Cómo leer el resultadoHow to Read the Result
El resultado no es un número que se compara con el de otra organización o con un estándar externo. Es una fotografía de dónde estás parado hoy, respecto a vos mismo. Sirve para una sola cosa: decidir si conviene ir un paso más allá, con un diagnóstico que sí pueda sostenerse ante un auditor, un regulador o un directorio.
The result isn't a number to compare against another organization or an external benchmark. It's a snapshot of where you stand today, relative to yourself. It serves exactly one purpose: deciding whether it's worth going a step further, with a diagnosis that can actually hold up in front of an auditor, a regulator, or a board.
